Player Eligibility for all EDF competitions
General Information
- All players entering EDF events must be eligible to play.
- Eligibilty approval is given by EDF legal department through eligibility checks.
- Team managers must check eligibility for all their rostered players before each tournament. Each team manager will be given a link to the current player-database before each tournament.
- If a team manager wants to enter a new player for an EDF competition, the below form must be filled out (no later than 1 month before the start of a tournament).
- Players seeking a change of country-representation also need to have this form be filled out by their national team manager of the new organisation which they want to represent.
How to fill out this form:
- Only use capital Letters for the first letter of a word (applying to First Name, Last Name, City of Birth, Country of Birth). For example: “Czechia” is correct, “CZECHIA” is incorrect)
- Do not use special characters, even if your name or other attributes that are entered have them in your respective languages. Your uploaded documents will provide us with the correct spelling and this will be added afterwards. This online form sometimes has issues with special characters.
- If a change of name is the reason for filling out this form, ONLY enter your NEW NAME in the fields “First Name” and “Last Name”. The uploaded documents will provide us with the information about the previously used name.
- When you have to upload more than one document, combine your documents into one single PDF beforehand and then upload it.
